Mindfulness & Ecotherapy for Anxiety
Feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed? This weekly group will include grounding practices incorporating mindfulness, ecotherapy, and breathing exercises to support you in feeling more grounded and in community with others. We will use experiential practices to ground in the moment, learn tools to practice outside of group, and process factors contributing to anxiety. You can expect each group to be slightly different, with practices ranging from group discussions to art making to meditation.
Connecting to nature also means connecting to ourselves and each other. This group is affirming and inclusive of all sexual, gender, and racial identities and a respect for individuals with identities other than your own is a requirement for participation.
